Why Life Coaching for Girls?

Girls are faced with negative messages every day telling them how they should act, how they should look, how they should BE. These messages bombarding girls on a daily basis tell them to be someone that they aren't.

According to the United States National Education Association, in the U.S alone, 53% of girls by age thirteen are unhappy with their bodies, by age eighteen 78% are not satisfied with their bodies, and one in five girls will have developed a serious eating disorder by their early 20's (Deak, 2002).

Having an understanding, non-judgemental Life Coach who supports you, relates to you and helps you to find out who you really are and be where you really want to be as you navigate through your pre-teen and teen years can be an invaluable life experience.

Our mission is to facilitate the self-development and confidence of girls and young women around the world, and help them achieve their maximum potential by creating a safe space in which they can connect with who they really are and what they really want in life.

Girl VIBE Life Coaching is about discovering yourself, developing your confidence and self-esteem, creating positive change, and having fun!

Girl VIBE Life Coaching for girls is available wherever you are in the world via telephone and online coaching. The coach covers the cost of the call, or coaching can be carried out with free calls via Skype.

Girl VIBE is part of Australia-based company Element Coaching.
