Element Coaching provides personal and group life coaching with the Girl VIBE program, for girls aged between 12 - 20, to help them develop skills for self-improvement, self-esteem, positive body image, confidence and communication.
Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a qualified coach and an individual or group that supports the achievement of extraordinary results. This partnership is based on goals set by you.
Your coach sees and believes all the potential that you already have. Your coach will work with you to develop your strengths, working with you towards a transformation so you can become who you want to be and be where you want to be. Through the coaching process, you and your coach will focus on the skills and actions that are needed to successfully and effectively produce personal results.
If you have ever been faced with a problem or a personal issue which you know deep down you might have the answers to, but wanted someone to talk to to help you clear your mind, to sound off possibilities, to support and challenge you, then coaching could be for you. Your coach is there to listen and contribute observations and questions, as well as concepts and principles which can help you to generate possibilities, solutions and identifying actions.
Girl VIBE Life Coaching is ALL ABOUT YOU!
Girl VIBE Life Coaching is delivered by telephone and / or email or MSN if you live outside of Australia, with the option of face-to-face coaching if you live in Adelaide, South Australia.
Coaching can be one-on-one or for a discounted price in small groups of 2 to 6 girls.

Personal Life Coaching:
$160 AUD per month
Small Group Life Coaching:
2 - 4 people: $120 AUD per month, per person
6 - 8 people: $80 AUD per month, per person
Online Life Coaching (email and/or MSN):
1 month: $80 AUD per person. Includes up to 15 emails and 1 half hour MSN chat per week.

Element Coaching must be notified of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the session will be charged
